Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers signed Senate Bill 78 into law, modifying distribution and labeling requirements for manure-based compost soil and plant additives. With limited exceptions, state law prohibits packaged fertilizer distribution without a label showing guaranteed analysis. Bulk fertilizer is subject to similar regulation.
